Daddy's Lovebugs

I was at a loss for Halloween costumes this year. It's Emma's 1st Halloween. And I wanted it to be fun and special. But I had no clue what to dress up our little girls as. Joe and I talked about it. But we kept coming up empty handed.

Then we asked Eva. She didn't know what she wanted to be either. We decided that we should probably go shopping. And look online. The minute we started looking online, Eva wanted to be a "Lovebug."

As we looked through the costumes, Eva had the idea that her and Emma could be "Daddy's Lovebugs." So we searched for the cutest costumes. And here is what we found...

This one is for Emma. I think it's too cute for words!This dress is too cute. And we have the perfect tights and shoes to go with it. :)

And Eva's. She is such a big girl already! This costume really shows that. I absolutely love the headband. Again we have tights and shoes that will match perfectly!

This is my costume. Yes, Eva convinced her mommy to dress up like a "Lovebug" too! I plan on wearing leggings with my getup. But I'm actually excited about dressing up too! ;)

These are the costumes that we finally decided on. And today, they came in the mail! We're so excited! Is it crazy, that I'm counting down the days until Halloween now? ♥Anna Marie♥

Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

When in the heck did Ben and Jerry's come out with Peach Cobbler ice cream? Last night, Joe and I were having a bad case of the "sweet tooth monster." So after we got the girls to bed, he went to the store. And he came back with this! OMG! It's amazing. I think this is now my favorite ice cream. No, I'm not lying. What, it's 6:20am, and I'm considering sneaking me a bowl. What do you think? ♥Anna Marie♥

My Snow White

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but Eva LOVES Snow White. We must watch it at least 10 times a week. She dresses up and dances to the music. She just really likes Snow White. And every time she sees an apple, she tells me, "Momma, Snow White's apple."

Last night, her and Joe were watching Snow White. And when this part of the movie came on, she started to sing. After, she told Joe, "Daddy you can be my prince. Until I find another one." It cracked me up! Joe couldn't help but laugh too. Now we'll have a cute little story to tell her boyfriend...in 18 or 20 years. :) ♥Anna Marie♥

Life with Two

Life with 2 little girls is a lot more complicated than I ever could have imagined. But it's so much fun!

Eva makes us laugh constantly. She is always trying to do what Joe and I are doing. My parents recently bought her a little toy vacuum. It actually vacuums! And early in the morning we hear it. When we ask her what she's doing, she tells us, "I'm cleaning. My room is dirty."

And Emma, well my baby girl is just all cuddles. We spend a lot of time together. Because I'm still breastfeeding. I do think Joe gets a little jealous that he can't just take her. Because he's really close to the girls. But he understands that we need to be near.

My favorite time of day, is early in the morning. Joe goes to work pretty early. But he'll go get Emma and Eva will make her way to our bed. And we all just snuggle and cuddle. It's so much fun. And I'm enjoying every second of it! Because I know, before I know it, they'll be all grown up.

But that's life. And you have to cherish every moment you have. I know I do. I like watching Eva accessorise her little outfits. I'm not going to lie. There are days we leave the house when she has on a tiara, plastic Snow White shoes, and her Tinkerbell purse. The girl has some style! And Emma, I just love smelling her. There is just something so yummy about a baby. That's life. A little crazy. But full of love. ♥Anna Marie♥

Barry M Raspberry

I don't know where I first saw this color, but I fell in love! How could you not? It's just a pretty berry color. But here in the great USA, Barry M isn't sold. And shipping is so expensive. So until I can justify the shipping, I'm going to continue to dream about this color. It's just the perfect color! ♥Anna Marie♥

Cute Makeup Brushes

I think this is the cutest set of makeup brushes ever! I've been eyeing them for a while. And at $40 for 15 brushes and that cute case, I think it's a good deal. That case reminds me of a clutch. I think it's amazing!

I've heard from my friends that this is a good set. I'm no expert on makeup, so I'll believe them. I really think I'm going to splurge and order a set. My excuse can be, they make for easy traveling. :) ♥Anna Marie♥

Winterberry Heaven

Not to long ago we spent some serious time with Lola. And she looked AMAZING! Her eye makeup was incredible! So I asked her what she was wearing. Because the colors were really gorgeous.

Lola told me that she's been wearing colors from the Winterberry Palette. It's $22. I'm honestly ordering one today. I think these colors go well with my eye and hair color.



I'm really starting to love the makeup and products from Coastal Scents. There are some nice items, for good prices. Is there anything that you like from there? Or that you would recommend. ♥Anna Marie♥

Peppermint Patties

Recently, I've been in love with Peppermint Patties. I've been eating them like crazy! I finished 2 bags in 1 week. This is getting out of control! I just can't get enough of them. And I don't know why.

It scared me so much, I took a pregnancy test. Nope, we're not expecting. But I have this insane craving, for peppermint patties. There's something about them. The coolness from the mint, and the smoothness of the chocolate. So yummy! ♥Anna Marie♥

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

I forgot how fun Children's Books are. Really I did. Until I had my girls. They remind me of all these fun things from my childhood. Like The Very Hungry Caterpillar. One of my favorites! I remember reading this with my cousins. We were 5 or 6 years old. And would sit under the big trees at my parents house. :)

Love this book! It makes me smile. Do you remember all the things the caterpillar ate? So much fun!

These yummy cupcakes make me smile too! One day, I want to have a birthday party for one of my kids. In this theme. Wouldn't that be fun?

We've always read to Eva. But recently, Joe and I are digging through our old toys and books. It's so fun to share these things with our kids. To play with them. And to watch them enjoy the same things that we loved. ♥Anna Marie♥
